Save | Save the topic. | |
Undo | Reverse the last action in the topic. | |
Redo | Reverse the last action applied by the Undo button. | |
Insert New Link | Create a new Hyperlink, or edit a hyperlink applied to selected text. | |
Insert Existing Link | Insert an existing hyperlink. | |
Unlink | Remove a hyperlink from selected text. | |
Insert Image | Create a new image, or edit the selected image. | |
Insert Existing Image | Insert an existing image. | |
Insert a File Object from Thumbnail | Insert an existing image by using an image preview. | |
Cut | Remove the selected content from the topic. | |
Copy | Copy the selected content to the clipboard. | |
Paste | Paste the content from the clipboard into the topic. | |
Find | Find characters or words in your topic. | |
Find/Replace | Find and replace characters or words in your topic. |

Commands for Author-it Xtend highlighting and spell checking a topic are located between the Styles toolbar and the Acrolinx IQ toolbar.

Xtend Highlighting | Toggle button used to turn the Author-it Xtend highlighting on or off. The button is highlighted when the option is turned on. | |
Perform Spell Check | Spell checks the topic currently open in the Editor. |
