| Insert/Edit Link |
To create an Internet URL link:
- Select the text in the topic you want to link from.
- Choose Insert/Edit Link from the Topic Toolbar. The Insert Hypertext Link dialog box is displayed.
- Add a description for the Hyperlink object.
- Select the template to base the Hyperlink object on.
- Type the full URL for the page or site you are linking to, then add a short description for the URL.
- Choose Add to save the details and move the description into the Linked URLs field. (Note, you can click on the entry in the Linked URLs field to show the URL and description again.)
- Choose OK to create the Hyperlink object.
