If any variant objects in the Library are already using a Locale you cannot edit the language for that Locale. The Library's base Locale cannot be edited.
To edit the locale record:
- Click Locales under Settings to display the Locales screen and ribbon bar options.
- Select the Locale record you want to change, then click Locales > Open in the ribbon or right-click and click Open. The selected Locale window opens.
- Make your changes to the record.
- Save your changes.
