The Preview pane enables the reviewer to see how the content will appear when published to a specific output and make comments in the topic that relate to the look and feel.
It automatically scrolls through the output as the reviewer moves through the review topics so that it is always aligned with the topic the reviewer is reviewing.
The preview also periodically checks if there are changes to the content in the database e.g. if an author is working on other content in the book and updating information. If the content is updated the preview will also update.
The preview is fully functional for example pdf bookmarks work correctly. Or Magellan output is able to be navigated as it will appear in the final output.
