Create new user

  • Only Client Administrators can create new users. We've fixed a problem where some users without Client Administrator permissions could create new users.
  • You can use the Copy from field to create a new user with the same settings as an existing user. All the user settings will now be copied to the new user, including Style toolbar settings, user options, and Author-it layouts.

Update user

  • The Groups and Roles fields will remain editable after removing the ‘admin’ group from the Groups field.
  • Administrators can now assign users as Group Administrators for specific groups in Settings. Group Administrators can create new users, update current users, and invite new members to their groups.
