The Magellan landing page rotator

The rotator consists of the following components:

1. The rotator. Created as a single topic of the [LandingPageRotator] topic type.

2. Rotator item. Each item is created as a single topic of the [LandingPageRotatorItem] topic type. Many rotator items can be defined.

3. Rotator item title. This is the heading from the Web tab of the rotator item topic.

4. Rotator item content. This is the content from the rotator item topic.
