You can remove File objects from a topic, without deleting them from the library.
To remove a file object from a topic:
- Select the File object (or graphic) in the topic, and then then press the Delete key on the keyboard.

- Right-click the File object (or graphic), and then choose Remove File Object from the shortcut menu.
