To access library files and folders using Files:
- Sign in to Author-it Cloud
- Select Files from the Primary navigation.
The Files screen opens with your personal and shared company folders.
Important: Do not rename the default Personal and Company Shared folders, as these are used by different library processes. You can rename any of the custom folders that you create yourself.
