ASC | Author-it Software Co.'s support infrastructure includes help desks with case logging and an audit trail of actions. The subscription model includes a support contract. Users first contact their own organization's primary users on support issues. if the primary users cannot resolve issues, they in turn contact the Author-it Support Desk for technical support covered in the subscription plan.
