Author-it Cloud backups are for disaster recovery purposes only. They are not to restore damaged or lost data caused by user error. Author-it maintains full revision history of all objects, so users can roll-back to previous versions of the object should they make an error.
In extreme circumstances we can restore client databases or specific files, but this will be done on a case-by-case basis and at additional cost.
