Author-it makes it easy to control authoring standards when you're working in a team:
- All Author-it components, such as common topics and styles, can be shared, so everyone uses the same standards.
- Author-it enables you to specify different security permissions for different users. So only specific users can create or change the templates that control how your document appears.
- To achieve consistency, text formatting can only be achieved by applying styles. So once you set up your standard styles, everyone must use them.
