How can I display cropmarks on each page without losing my normal headers and footers?

FAQs

To include crop marks, you must change the normal headers and footers in the Word publishing template to include the crop marks. These headers and footers are stored as autotext entries.

Author-it only puts crop marks on the first page because when documents are cut to the marks by the printers, they only work off the front page. If you put them on every page, there is a good chance that pieces of the crop marks will still be visible after cutting. Printing and cutting are not always totally accurate.
