A slow Internet connection may cause a delay in responsiveness. Conversely, a fast Internet connection may improve the responsiveness. Responsiveness depends in part on your connection, which is beyond our control.
No drag-and-drop from Windows to create images in Author
It is not possible to drag images from Windows Explorer to automatically create file images in the Author-it Cloud environment.
Single library (database) only, with unique users
Only a single Library is supported in Author-it Cloud, so if you use multiple libraries, consider merging them before migration. The alternative is to have completely separate Author-it Cloud accounts, with unique users per account.
