Author-it does not provide support for interactive assets. This includes troubleshooting specific assets or HTML5 development tools, or updating the Author-it applications to support specific assets. This documentation is a set of guidelines to narrow the range of variability for interactive assets, and to provide a primer for asset developers to understand how variabilities create conflict during the publishing process and instability in the users’ browser.
However, clients can request an Author-it update to support the output from preferred commercial HTML5 asset development tools. Please contact an Author-it representative to discuss.
