When using an audio file in a course, you can also add a transcript that the learner can select to display.

Transcript button

Click the Transcript button at the bottom of the window to display one now.

To add a transcript:

  1. Create a topic based on the Closed Caption template.
  2. Add the transcript text to that file.
  3. Place it as a child element of the slide or topic that contains the audio.
