To use the Author-it Cloud Enterprise Authoring Platform, your device must support NLA. You can find out if NLA is supported by running Remote Desktop Connection.
To check if NLA is supported:
- Open the Run command from the Start menu. Run the MSTSC program. This opens the Remote Desktop Connection window.
- Right click the icon in the top-left corner, then click About.
If NLA is supported, the About window will show Network Level Authentication and Remote Desktop Protocol 8 (or higher) are supported.
