Set Authorization for Publishing Folders - Author-it On-Premises

To be able to create new publishing folders, and to view the published output, both the dedicated publishing user and all end users need to have sufficient permissions. Set the permissions on the central publishing folder as follows:

1. The dedicated user that runs the publishing process on the publishing server (e.g. aitservice):

   

2. All users that publish from Author-it need to have List, Read and Write rights for the publishing folder.
