Defines the text that will be used for the title of the HTML page. Every HTML page must have a title which may be displayed in the title bar of the Browser window. If you do not specify the title, the HTML Title from the Book object will be used.
The WebTitle element corresponds to the "Title" field, on the HTML tab of the Media object.
