Insert an existing topic - Cloud

You can use the Find existing button in the Contents Toolbar to search for an existing topic and insert it into the open book.

To insert an existing topic

  1. Open the book you want to insert the topic into.
  2. Select a topic in the left pane: the existing topic will be inserted under the selected topic.
  3. In the Contents Toolbar, click the Find existing button. The Insert existing topic window is displayed.
  4. Click the Browse button button next to the search field to specify in which folder you want to search.

  5. In the search field, type the name or part of the name of the topic that you want to insert, and then click the search icon.
  6. Scroll through the list of results to search for the topic. A preview of the topic is displayed in the right pane.

  7. Select the topic and click Insert to insert the topic.
  8. Optionally, move the topic to another location in the book using the buttons in the Contents Toolbar.
