Adding folders to the Favorites tab allows a Contributor to quickly access frequently used folders.

To add folders to the Favorites tab

  1. On the Folders tab, select the folder or subfolder you want to add to the Favorites tab. The name of the selected folder is displayed in the top toolbar with a star:

  2. Click the star to add the folder to the Favorites tab.

The star next to the folder name changes from an outline to a solid star and the folder is added to the Favorites tab. Clicking on the solid star will remove the topic from the Favorites tab.
